Athletic Weight Room

The athletic weight room is equipped with 10 Hammer Strength Power Racks with over 5,000 lbs. of Intek Rubber-coated plates. There are nine racks of bumper plates from Wright Equipment for olympic lifting totaling nearly additional 3,000 lbs.

On the perimeter of the room we have Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral machines (Lat Pull-Down, Horizontal Row, Hamstring Curl, Leg Extension), Glute-Ham Machines, and a Leg Press. There are two racks of Intek dumbbell pairs ranging from 5 lbs. to 100 lbs. There are also two Life-Fitness dual-stack, adjustable pulley machines for various uses.

All of the athletic programs make use of this facility on a regular basis throughout the year.
