Sean Osnowitz

Sean Osnowitz joins the Faulkner Eagles Coaching Staff as Running Backs and Tight Ends Coach in the Spring of 2025. Osnowitz is entering his 10th year coaching in college and 11th year coaching overall.

Coach OZ has coached at multiple levels within college football, from NCAA Division I down to D3. He also spent a season coaching in the prep ranks at Campbell High School in 2020. He has coached on both sides of the ball and coached or assisted with multiple positions including Defensive backs, Linebackers, Defensive Line, Running Backs and Tight Ends.

Osnowitz has been a part of Winning programs, earning four Conference championships and participated in post-season play 6 out of 9 seasons. In addition, he has assisted in the development of all-conference student-athletes. At Wabash College in 2019, he coached a trio of running backs that combined for over 2,100 yards of total offense. One of those, Isaac Avant, earned first team all-conference honors.

Coach OZ returns to Faulkner from Coffeyville CC. There he helped guide Tre’avis Jones to 2nd team All-conference status. The Red Ravens finished as conference champs and were a top 10 team in the country in rushing yards. They also finished the season ranked the No. 8 best team in the NJCAA.

Osnowitz also held positions at Division I FBS Georgia State, as well as FCS Samford University.

Osnowitz was a walk-on long snapper at Jacksonville State, and later played at Faulkner University, graduating in 2017 with a degree in criminal justice.
