Renda led the program to consecutive appearances in the National Christian College Athletic Association national tournament in 2005 and 2006, the last two seasons Faulkner was a member of the organization.

In November of 2015, Renda received the Special Olympics Alabama Outstanding Coach - Professional Award for her distinguished service to the organization. The honor goes to the professional special educator who demonstrates leadership, a high degree of technical skill and the commitment needed to motivate and train athletes.

She co-founded the Capital City Juniors Volleyball Club in 2008 and has served as director, assistant director and coach for the organization. She has coached at the 15's, 17's and 18's level and also secured consecutive regional championships in 2012 and 2013 with the 18-1 team.
