MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Faulkner dominated from beginning to end tonight in its final match of the season against Brewton-Parker here at Tine Davis Gym. The Lady Eagles hit .311 as a unit while holding the Barons to just .022 on offense. The home team cruised to the Southern States Athletic Conference victory 25-15, 25-18, 25-11.

Shelby Woods, who has been on a hot streak since the Berry Invitational, hit a staggering .688 while destroying the ball for 12 kills. Only two sets that went to the junior outside failed to find the square. She also accounted for a pair of blocks.

Brittnay Renfroe wasn't far behind with 10 kills, hitting .600 in her own right. The sophomore middle also had two blocks.

Anna DeRamus led the defense with 13 digs, while Lindsey Ortner added 10.

Morgan Wilson was the assist leader with 17 and KK Lo had 13.

After the game the Lady Eagles honored lone senior Anna DeRamus in a special ceremony. DeRamus spent four seasons with the program and played her final collegiate game this evening.

Faulkner closed the season at 11-18 overall and was 3-11 in the league.
