Box Score Two first half strikes from Dave Chesterman (JR/Carterton, England) and a late goal from Baba Mediateur (SR/Arusha, Tanzania) gave the Eagles (6-2-7, 2-4 SSAC) a 3-0 victory over the Knights (1-13-1, 0-7 SSAC) at Billy D. Hilyer Saturday afternoon on senior day.
The scoreboard ignited early in the contest when Caio Calado (SO/Sao Paulo, Brazil) collected a cross from a Middle Georgia set piece and punted to Chesterman who outran the defender and laced the effort home. Calado's assist was the first goalkeeper assist in program history. The English defender, who switched to a forward role in the last two contests, found his second goal when Augusto Camara (SO/Belo Horizonte, Brazil) sent a through ball to the opposite side of the box. Chesterman shot it hard and low past the keeper to set the score at 2-0 in the 25th minute.
The 63rd minute saw Federico Fraile (JR/Tigre, Argentina) send a through ball to the left side of the field where Pedro Pittorino (SO/Buenos Aires, Argentina) whipped a cross to Baba Mediateur. The senior from Tanzania kicked overhead with his back to goal and found the net to finalize the scoring. Pittorino picked up his first career point with the secondary assist.

Alec Benson (SR/Guntown, Miss.) perserved the team clean sheet when he made his first career save with just six seconds left in the match.
