The Lady Eagles fell behind early and could not catch up to SSAC-leading Martin Methodist Saturday afternoon in a 3-0 (25-19, 25-11, 25-16) defeat in Pulaski, Tenn.

During the three set tilt, Faulkner committed 38 errors compared to just 14 from the RedHawks. The usually stout defense was unable to slow the hosts attack allowing a season-high opponent attack percentage of .364. 

Alysa Vinson (SO/Pike Road, Ala.) led the team with seven kills. Alyssa Stagner (SO/Sneads, Fla.) recored 26 assists. Julianne Wilkes (SR/Deatsville, Ala.) paced the floor with 16 digs. 

Faulkner travels across town to face NCAA Division III foe Huntingdon on Halloween night at 7 p.m.
