The Eagles never lost the lead for the rest of the game, capping an 83-51 victory over the Lady Crusaders.

The Lady Eagles had a great shooting performance from the floor, making 52.6 percent and with almost half of their total score being from points in the paint. The fate of the game ultimately rested on a third quarter that saw the Lady Eagles start a scoring catalyst with Channing Gafford's shot from the arc at the 6:36 minute mark to move the lead to 46-36. From there, the Eagles dominated the game with four additional scoring possessions and held a double digit lead for the remainder of the contest.

Angela Grant scored a layup at 8:37 off of a pass from Nequoia Adams, bringing her total to 11 points after a bonus free throw. Grant finished one rebound shy of her third consecutive double-double.
