Lady Eagles fall to No. 5 UTS

PULASKI, Tenn. - Faulkner fell behind early to the No. 5 team in the country Saturday at Grissom Pitch and could not keep pace against UT Southern in a 17-0 loss in SSAC play.

The Firehawks scored one minute in and Faulkner held them in check until a three goal burst in a two minute span put the match out of reach. 

The Firehawks held an 8-0 lead at half and kept the pressure on scoring nine in the second. 

The Lady Eagles look to bounce back against new SSAC foe Abraham Baldwin Thursday night at 5 p.m. at home.
