Mike Correa

Mike Correa is entering his ninth season on the Faulkner baseball coaching staff as assistant coach and has been a member of the program since 2013.

Correa started his coaching career as a student assistant coach at Faulkner in 2016. In 2017, he was promoted to graduate assistant coach.

A native of Sacramento, California, Correa was a two-year letterman at Sacramento City College and a two-year letterman at Faulkner University, all as an infielder. He won a CCCAA Gold Glove award at Sacramento City and was a member of the 2013 NAIA National Championship team at Faulkner.

During his time as both player and coach, Faulkner has amassed a 507-222 entering the 2026 campaign with six SSAC regular season championships, three  SSC tournament titles, nine trips to the Avista-NAIA World Series and 10 trips to the national tournament. 

He earned a bachelor's degree in sports management at Faulkner University in 2016, and is currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling from Faulkner. He married his wife Madison in 2022 and they are the proud parents of their daughter Riley.
