Ty Hardnett rejoins the Faulkner football program for the 2023 season after playing three years from 2011-2013 including being a crucial member of the 2013 Mid-South Conference West Division Champions.Â
After his playing career, Hardnett, from New Site, Ala., started his coaching career at Dothan High School as the defensive line coach in 2014 before moving to Benjamin Russell High School in 2015 for the same position until 2017. In 2018, he joined the Pike Road High School coaching staff where he was the defensive line coach and co-defensive coordinator for the 5A state champions in 2021.
