Bob Poling makes his Faulkner coaching debut in the 2019 season after spending 2018 as the goalkeepers coach for the Auburn-Montgomery men’s team. The goalkeepers coach for the Lady Eagles this season, Poling will also continue working with FC Montgomery where he has served as Assistant Director of Goalkeeping and Coaching Development since 2017.

Poling is a retired United States Navy Commander, having served 24 years. He is a 1991 graduate of the University of San Diego where he played on the men’s soccer team for two seasons. He is a native of Las Vegas, Nev. and a graduate of Bishop Gorman High School.

He and his wife of 17 years, April, have two children – Lily (14) and Jake (11).
