Camila Parada equalized in the 28th minute for the Lady Eagles (0-6) but Faulkner surrendered the eventual game winner just over a minute later Saturday afternoon in a non-conference matchup with SSAC foe Mobile.
The Rams (1-0) struck first in the fifth minute and then added to 2-1 halftime lead in the 75th and 79th minutes.
Faulkner shot a season-best 21 times in the loss, putting five shots on target. The defense allowed the fewest shots in any game this season allowing just 13 efforts.
The Lady Eagles challenging fall schedule concludes with its opponents holding a combined 18-0-1 records at time of writing.
Defending national champion Keiser comes to town February 5 for the next contest. Kickoff time is still to be determined.
