DALTON, Ga. - The No. 3 team in the country proved its ranking Sunday as the Eagles fell 6-0 on the road to Dalton State in SSAC play with three goals in each half.

The Roadrunners struck in the 12th minute to take the lead before adding to it in the 24th, 33rd, 57th, 83rd and 87th minutes. 

Michalis Jackson saved eight shots in his first start for Faulkner. Antoine Marques put both of the Eagles shots in the match on target. 

Faulkner is fifth in the SSAC with a 1-2-1 league record and will travel to William Carey to take on the No. 12 team in the country Thursday night.  Read Full Article
