MOUNT VERNON, Ga. - Down 2-0 with just over half an hour to play, Faulkner mounted a dramatic comeback capped off with a 90th minute equalizer to take a 2-2 draw from Brewton-Parker.
The Barons struck first with a 38th minute goal from Nikki Clark to take a 1-0 lead into halftime. In the 57th Katelyn Ladner added to the Baron lead to put the Lady Eagles well behind.

Sofia de la Torre in a cluster in the box as de la Torre scratched it across the goal line in the 60th to get one right back.
With time winding down and seven Faulkner shots since the de la Torre goal not finding the net while holding the Barons to just two shots, Metho found the equalizer from
Cassie Jackson in the 90th minute with just 49 seconds left in the match.
The draw, unfortunately, was not enough to stay alive in the conference postseason race as the Lady Eagles can only tie with Middle Georgia for the eight seed and the Knights own the tiebreaker due to the head-to-head matchup. Faulkner will conclude its season Saturday against Mobile.
