NEW ORLEANS, La. - Faulkner (7-13, 2-8 SSAC) was bested at every turn by Loyola (18-7, 7-3 SSAC) at The Den on Saturday, falling via sweep (13-25, 18-25, 12-25).
The Wolf Pack hit .385 for the afternoon, including marks of .519 in the first set and .429 in the third, while holding Faulkner to a net .000. The Lady Eagles committed eight errors in each frame, one shy of Loyola's total for the match. The visitors hit no higher than they did in the opening set with a .031.
Charlee Jordan led the team with eight kills. The next closest was Allyse Rudolph with four. Madison Martin, Riley Deem and Kaleigh Moss scored three each, and Martin scored four total blocks.
The Lady Eagles are back at home next weekend as Life makes the return trip to Tine Davis Gymnasium on Friday, Oct. 17.
