KANSAS CITY – Faulkner saw 10 of its athletic teams earn Scholar Team honors on NAIA National Awards Day for finishing the 2025-26 season with at least a 3.0 cumulative team GPA.  

Softball earned the highest GPA of any Eagle team with a 3.84, also marking the highest in the NAIA for a third straight season, finishing narrowly ahead of a 3.83 by Grand View. Women's Volleyball earned the second-best GPA on campus with a 3.68. Men's Basketball came in third with a 3.65, tying with Dordt for the third highest in the NAIA.  

Women's Cross Country was next with a 3.48, Women's Basketball was not far behind with a 3.45 and Women's Soccer was sixth with a 3.41. Men's Cross Country was three spots behind its female counterpart with a 3.31 and Men's Soccer came after with a 3.08. Men's Golf came in ninth with a 3.01, just one point above Baseball, which just hit the cutoff point with an even 3.0.
