West Point, Ga. - Faulkner (1-0-1) andPoint University (1-0-1) battled for a physical 110 minutes tonight, but neither team was able to find the back of the net in the double-overtime draw.

While there weren't any goals in the match, both teams certainly had their chances. The Eagles outshot the home team 19-12 in the outing, but the Skyhawks were more efficient placing seven of their shots on frame.

Freshman goalkeeper Caio Calado (1-0-1) held the goal for Faulkner throughout the affair and booked all seven saves.

The Eagles return to Billy D. Hilyer Stadium to face Texas A&M-Texarkana in the Faulkner Invitational on Friday. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
