THOMASVILLE, Ga. - Two second half goals from Thomas lifted the Night Hawks to a 2-0 win Tuesday afternoon on the road.
After nothing to separate the two sides through the first 68 minutes, a 69th minute penalty put Thomas ahead 1-0. The Night Hawks kept a corner kick opportunity alive and whipped in a cross where it was met with a header that went off the bar and in to put the game out of reach in the 82nd.
Faulkner was outshot 12-7 and put two shots on frame.
Nic Fischer had seven saves in the loss.
The Eagles fall to 2-2 and travel to Pensacola Christian Saturday for a 7 p.m. kickoff.
