2026 Baseball schedule revealed

MONTGOMERY, Ala. - Head Coach Patrick McCarthy announced his 17th schedule as head coach of the Eagles Wednesday featuring 50 contests with 33 in the friendly confines of Harrison Field and 16 of the first 17 games at home to open the season. The Eagles, who are receiving votes and essentially No. 26 in the preseason poll, have 13 games against teams in the preseason Top 25 and five more against teams receiving votes.

Faulkner starts the season Jan. 27 with a noon first pitch against Stillman before the first weekend series on Feb. 6-7 with No. 8  Webber International coming to town for a three-game set. 

Faulkner returns the trip to Stillman on Feb. 10 for a midweek tilt ahead of a four-game weekend with Indiana Wesleyan and #24 Keiser on Feb. 13-14 a couple of days before bringing No. 14 Reinhardt to the Gump on the 17th.

Faulkner brings (RV) IU Southeast to town for a four-game series on Feb. 20-21 as a tuneup before conference play begins on Feb. 27-28 against Brewton-Parker. 

The Eagles will hit the road for the the second time on game 18 as they take on Talladega on March 3. Faulkner returns home on March 6-7 to play UT Southern in SSAC play. 

Faulkner travels to Reinhardt on March 10 before the first SSAC road series against #11 William Carey on March 13-14. 

The Eagles return for four games at home over spring break with a game against Bryan on March 18 and a conference series against Point on March 20-21. 

The Eagles head to Mobile for a midweek-nonconference doubleheader March 24 and Abraham Baldwin for conference play March 27-28 and the six game road trip ends on March 31 at Bryan.

Faulkner returns with a seven game stand between April 3-11 with SSAC series against Thomas and Blue Mountain and a midweek with Talladega.

A midweek at Point on April 14 precedes the SSAC series against Mobile April 17-18 before the regular season concludes against Loyola on April 23-24. 

The SSAC Championship will be held from April 29-May 2 in Jackson, Tenn. at Rockabillys Stadium. 

The national championship will feature the Opening Round May 11-14 at campus sites with the World Series in Lewiston, Idaho from May 22-30.
